Of the 20 or so I asked, not one could articulate the purpose. Most just said, "It's a party." That's fine, but if there was a purpose for the event, the point was not made.</p> <p>As it stands, the leaflet explaining the event makes no sense. All it basically says is, "There are stores and cops in a neighborhood.
